Welcome! I’m so glad you’re here!

My name is Molly Manning, and I am an ASHA Certified Speech-Language Pathologist, and the founder of MJM Therapy, located in NE Ohio. MJM Therapy offers in-person and/or tele-therapy options for NE Ohio families, and solely tele-therapy options for IL & FL families.

I received my Bachelor's degree in Psychology from THE Ohio State University (Go Bucks!) and my Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from Saint Xavier University in Chicago, IL. I hold a Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech-Language Hearing Association, an Ohio Speech-Language Pathology professional license, and an Illinois Speech-Language Pathology professional license. I am an active member of the American Speech-Language Hearing Association (ASHA) and the Ohio Speech-Language Hearing Association (OSHLA).

My graduate schooling and work experience have allowed me the extensive knowledge and continued practice working with pediatrics in a variety of settings including: private and public schools, private practice, outpatient clinics, tele-therapy, and in-home therapy. I believe that a strong client-clinician relationship is the key to successful, long-lasting outcomes in therapy, so it is essential to establish a strong rapport with the children and families I serve. My treatment approach is creative, flexible, dynamic, and supportive. While I continue to grow and evolve as a clinician every day, the field of speech-language pathology is also constantly evolving, and it is important to me to remain up-to-date with the newest research so that I can provide my clients and their families with the most beneficial treatment techniques.

In my free time, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, traveling, going on long walks with my mini sheepadoodle Gino, listening to podcasts, and discovering new recipes.
